The municipality consists of Secastilla, Torreciudad and Ubiergo. Secastilla is a small nucleus where its medieval structure remains in effect in the layout of its streets and houses that are closed like a wall.

In the month of March is celebrated annually at a concentration of paragliding and paramotor.
Secastilla is located at 84 km. NE of Huesca and 38 km. NE of Barbastro, the N-240 and A-139. To access the Municipality, just pick up, 4 km. before reaching Graus from Barbastro the A-139, a suitably signposted detour will lead to Secastilla after a route of 6.5 km
