On the 19th in Graus, tourist information officers from the tourist offices of the Cinca Medio, Somontano and Ribagorza regions are invited to a training day for the statistical data manager within the Aragon Tourist Office Network.

This June, Turismo de Aragón is conducting various training sessions in different municipalities across the region to train all tourist information officers in the management program.

The Ribagorza region has been using this statistical data collection system in all its municipal tourist offices since January 2013. This initiative was implemented as part of the Tourism Competitiveness Plan and involved improving upon the application used by the Somontano region.

The Aragon Tourism Board has opted to use the same application for data collection, since during these years of experience in both regions it has been proven to be a useful and necessary tool.
