The Posets-Maladeta Natural Park now has an eco-friendly restroom and has enhanced the Botanical Trail – Gorgas de Alba with the installation of interpretive signs along the route. These are two of the initiatives developed by the Ribagorza Tourism Competitiveness Plan in collaboration with the Socioeconomic Development Office of the Posets-Maladeta Natural Park.

Near the Besurta parking lot in the Benasque Valley, a dry vermicomposting toilet has been installed due to the large number of visitors who travel to this location each year. It is the starting point for some of the most characteristic excursions in the Posets Maladeta Natural Park, such as Forau de Aigualluts, Portillón de Benás, Refugio Renclusa, Aneto, and Maladetas.
